Order cancellation strategy:

1. If you cancel your order within 12 hours after placing your order, please make a statement and we will pay you all the order and shipping costs.

2. If you cancel your order within 12-24 hours after placing your order, please state that we will refund your 50% order fee and all shipping charges.

3. If you cancel your order 72 hours after placing your order, we will only refund your shipping charges.

4. If you cancel the order after we deliver, we will not refund any money.

Note: If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund policy:

Our customer service representatives are eligible to return and cancel orders. If there is a dispute, our customer service first judges it and then submits the order to the account manager. Orders can only be cancelled and returned if the manager agrees. (less than 2 working days)

The re-adjusted goods must be brand new with the original label on them. If you have any quality problems, please attach photos or other evidence. Please confirm whether the insurance policy is met before returning, otherwise we will consider it invalid return and no refund will be given. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please contact the logistics department and inform us of the assistance. (In general, we will insure for transportation to ensure that the goods are in good condition to the customer). If the color, size, style, etc. are incorrect, we are entitled to a handling fee.

Problems and treatments you may encounter:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. When receiving the goods, check the integrity and validity before unpacking the label.

About damaged goods:

If the goods are found to be damaged, you can request a full refund, but you must first prepare the evidence for us to confirm. If it is damaged during shipment, we will send you the necessary documents to help you communicate with the logistics department to get paid.

Color problem:

Due to the computer screen, some errors may cause the difference between the object and the picture to be small. This is normal if this happens. But if you point in red instead of green, please contact customer service and we will refund your money.

Exceeded delivery deadline:

For some rare and unpredictable reasons, there is a delay of about 3 days compared to the time on the website, and we appreciate your consideration. If your product has not been delivered more than 10 days after ordering, you can contact customer service to cancel the order or reserve the order. If you continue to order, we will refund 30% (including shipping costs) as compensation; if you cancel the order, we will refund all the cost.

Return process:

Firstly: If you need an explanation, please contact customer service and tell her your order number, reason and photo description. (This is necessary, otherwise we will not take over.)

Secondly: Once we receive your email, we will back you within 48 hours.

Thirdly: Once your refund request is approved, we will refund you within 24 hours and notify you of the address and other specific information via email. After receiving the goods in 5 days, we will refund you and notify you by email.

Special Edition: If you return without contacting us, we will reject the refund and refuse to ship again.
