Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Upon successfully completing the payment transaction, we will process the order within two business days. All sales taxes are included in the sales price.
Shipping
We provide free worldwide shipping. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after orders have been made and payment is cleared. Shipping may take 7-14 business days.
Please note the following conditions on all international orders:
- As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products you purchase.
- If your order is refused delivery by customs for any reason, Chao Collection shall not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer.
- If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
- If we receive a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Chao Collection will credit the customer for 80% of the value of the unopened and unhampered with products purchased.
Return Policy
